Continuity
Our approach
Continuity arrangements at Imageplus are defined per engagement. The nature of the services, the infrastructure used and the client's requirements determine what applies. A standard hosting arrangement and a mission-critical enterprise platform operate under different continuity commitments.
What applies to a specific engagement is documented in the applicable SLA or engagement documentation before work starts.
Backup and recovery
Where Imageplus manages infrastructure on behalf of a client, backup procedures, recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives are defined in the applicable SLA. Backup arrangements vary by infrastructure tier and are documented per engagement.
Practice continuity
Imageplus operates with two principals. Each holds a distinct layer of operational authority. In the event that one principal is temporarily unavailable, the other can maintain continuity of services within their layer of authority.
For situations requiring access to both layers, Imageplus maintains documented continuity arrangements covering permanent incapacity scenarios. These arrangements are reviewed annually as part of our ISMS cycle.
Engagement-specific arrangements
Larger or more complex engagements may include formal business continuity plans, disaster recovery procedures, defined RTO and RPO targets and regular restoration testing. These are agreed in writing before work starts and documented in the applicable SLA or DPA annex.
