STANDARD DPA
Our standard data processing agreement. Available without friction.
For engagements not covered by a mutually agreed DPA, our Standard DPA applies. It covers all GDPR Article 28 obligations and is incorporated by reference in our engagement terms. For larger engagements, a mutually agreed DPA prevails.
