What happens when a system goes down, who does what and how long it takes to be back. Written down, tested and owned by both sides before the system goes live.
An incident without a plan is an emergency. An incident with a plan is a procedure. The difference is whether someone thought about it in advance. We do.

Resilience without security is not resilience.
Infrastructure resilience and security are not separate conversations. Access controls, encryption, monitoring and incident response are part of the same design.
